We ask you about your requirements and determine how Quickbooks will
best be able to meet those needs, for your specific business. It is
not just about training you on Quickbooks, it is about making sure
you can grow your business, understand your financial health, and
generate the reports necessary to make sound business decisions. We
provide services that meet your needs. These can include:
- Creating up to date accounting records
- Setting up the Quickbooks Program
- Training in all or specific areas of the
Quickbooks program (as required) for you and/or your staff.
- On-line telephone assistance (where your
computer screen can be seen by ours)
- Assistance in HST Reporting
- Training in Payroll and Payroll reporting
requirements (monthly liability remittance, ROE’s, T-4’s, etc.)
- Setting up and training on Budgets
- Job Cost Set Up and Training
- Design Reports that are useful for your
particular business.
- Monthly and/or Quarterly Reviews
- Preparation of Year End Working Papers for Tax

A Certified ProAdvisor is an
accountant or consultant, Certified by Intuit Canada, who can provide 1-on-1 training
and consultation services to help you install, setup,
and optimize QuickBooks for your business. Certified
Advisors are required to write yearly exams testing both
their knowledge on the latest Quickbooks Program and
accounting practices.
